Caving in Norway

The area around Mo i Rana has more than 200 caves. The most famous and suitable for tourism are the Grönligrottan and the Setergrottan. The Grönligrottan has light and safety barriers, while the Setergrottan is suited for the adventurous visitors. We can arrange guided tours in both of them.

Rana is the most cave dense area in Norway and is well worth a visit.
